[QUOTE="lsandini, post: 370627, member: 27840"] Hello, Not a big problem but just wondering... What are the "correct" or suggested settings with this card, for watching liveTV (and HDTV). I have had this card for a few months at most, and I have used the Catalyst 8.10 (with the hotfix for the HD4350), and the 8.12. Right now, as I have PowerDVD7 installed, the MPEG-2 decoder is the Cyberlink Video/SP BD-HD Decoder (PDVD7.x), and I get identical results with the MPV decoder. For HDTV playback, I use the Cyberlink H.264/AVC Decoder (PDVD7.x), and the CPU use is about 20-25%, but the picture is a little bit jerky. I tried the AVIVO package's ATI Decoders (same number as the Catalyst version), but I just get a black screen with those. I don't know if I forgot something, but in PowerDVD7, I selected to activate hardware acceleration. I am using EVR, Aero is enabled. I tried the ATI registry tweaks, no difference. I feel something but I just can't figure out what. I can play BluRays, and 1080p files without problem, but LiveHDTV works with all decoders (CoreAVC, ffdshow, Cyberlink) but not with the ATI AVIVO ones. Any idea ?
