Not sure if this belongs here but I'm having this same problem all the time..
I listen to radio through my hauppauge card (Analog radio over cable)..
It starts playing but stutters after a few second, even when I change the channel..
The frequencies are definitely good, they are the official ones for my region
Is this a common problem?
