Radio Webstreams (1 Viewer)

Hi All
Having a problem setting up Radio.
When I select radio from the home screen the plugin icons disappear then return, with no radio action.
I believe I have setup webstreams correctly following the guide in the wiki, but the following the following error is reported in MediaPortal.log

2013-07-09 21:48:06.898500 [Info.][MPMain(1)]: GUIWindowManager: Could not find window 30

Window 30 is the id for myradio.xml which definitely does exist!
The same error occurs regardless of which skin I use so I don't think it is a skin specific issue.

This is a clean install of 1.3.0 on Windows 7 64 bit.
I can post all of the debug logs if that will help but I thought someone might have experienced the same thing and have a solution.

Have you disabled the TV or radio plugins in MP?
I think full logs would be really helpful...

I had the radio plugin enabled but not the TV.
Why? I don't know.
