Got the same problem BUT 2 radiostations say that the 'format is not supported' while i am using the same codecs as i always did. The 2 radiostations are Skyradio and Veronica both dutch radiostations.

Is it possible to save the layout? Every time I restart MP and go to RadioTime, I have to click on my presets to get my stations, change layout to big icons and change sorting to no sorting to get the screen configured how I want it. Would be nicer if it stayed that way so I don't have to "configure" it every time I start MP.

And one other thing regarding volume. I have MP setup to upmix stereo to 5.1 and feeding it to my speakers. When I play music from my mp3s, the sound is coming out of all the speakers and I can adjust the volume in MP. However, when I listen to radio through RadioTime, I can control only the volume of front left and right speakers, but the music is coming out of center and back speakers with full volume, even if I mute the sound in MP (front speakers get muted).

edit: never mind the volume problem. Found out that the same thing happens also with mp3s as well. The problem is I set my remote to control volume within MP, not the system master volume (not sure if it's a bug within MP that it will not control volume for expanded stereo?)

I made some minor improvement on playback some not working station should work, but still are some which not, i try to make some major improvement in this week.

Is there a way to have Radio Time play a readio stream automatically upon MePo (re)start? I simply want to start listening to my favorite internet radio station without having to turn on my TV and navigating to the plugin and clicking the desired station.

In previous versions of MePo, while Radio was still a seperate entry in MePo Configuration, it was possible to check the box next to your favorite station and then it would auutomatically start play upon MePo start.

Or do I need another plugin (within TV Server)??

Hello, I'm a new user of MediaPortal, and I would like to try this plugin. However, most of my presets are listed as "Format Not Supported". Could someone kindly let me know what are the codecs necessary for Radiotime? I'm certain I should have them all installed (new to MediaPortal, but not HTPCs) but I want to rule out this being my error. Thanks in advance!

welcome to you ulysse,

if you manage to read your radio through firefox or internet explorer, you should be able to read the plugin.

@ jlapin - Thank you very much for responding. I've been spending time playing links from Radiotime, both in IE and Firefox, and I haven't had any trouble getting them to play. Unfortunately, I haven't had any change with the plugin.

I'm a little bummed, I must admit. This was a plugin I was really looking forward to using. I have this service via an app on my Droid and it works great. Hopefully, in the course of the next update it will repair itself.

I have also exactly the same problem!! I use Saf 5, don't know why this stream isn't compatible. Is it a codec problem or is it the stream which isn;t working propperly ?
