Random lock up while watching TV using Pure Video (1 Viewer)

Hey Everyone,

I have tried reinstalling Mediaportal several times using versions prior to TV Server and the latest 1.0.0.0 RC1 TVServer and Client. Both the server and client are installed on the same machine. Regardless of which version I use, when watching TV with the Nvidia Pure Video Codec, mediaportal will lock up at random times. This requires me to End Task on Mediaportal and restart the program.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to start to fix this?

I really want to utilize hardware acceleration since I watch HD programming and have 46" LCD. I am using the latest Nvidia drivers.

MediaPortal Skin: Default
Windows Version: XP
CPU Type: AMD Athlon 2400
Memory: 1GB
Video Card: Nvidia 5700 Ultra

Try downloading the powerdvd trial as nvidia have stopped developing there codec over a year ago, so thats the only one i know off that does full HW dxva atm.

Just see if it makes any difference.
