Random MP crash / errors ... after repair ..MP 1.3 Configuration>>Plugins tab crashes (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Somehow I had MP just screw up royally, by itself. (system restore didn't even fix it !) I reinstalled it into a diff. directory and got most of it working again. Only, now I cannot goto the " Plugins" button in the MediaPortal Configuration screen ... crashes. I found a similar thread from Nov 2012 but noone answered him. I'd love some help!! don't want to have to wipe this clean after all of the work & customization I've put into it.

I ... the Watchdog won't work ... it literally won't work ... I hit item 1 ... then 2. Launch MediaPortal ... won't launch ... tried item 3 .. freezes ...

Then grab the logs from c:\programdata\team mediaportal\media portal\logs by hand
