Rare behavior remote Hauppauge (45 keys) (1 Viewer)

Hi

DVB-t: Haupauge Winttv Nova TD (stick USB2)

First all say you than I am not sure MP TVE3 is the guilty, for this reason I ask this issue here.

Sometimes watching, listening music or with whatever function of MP my Hauppauge remote lost the control of MP, then I must continue with mouse or keyboard, go out of MP and begin from new. I´ve proved change configuration in Mediaportal setup without success.

I would like if anybody have same or similar behavior with remotes Hauppauge or another remote.

Another problem found

When I am using MP and I press any key of my remote TV or Tuner device, MP receive command "0", and return previous channel (in TV mode)
Out of MP the Hauppauge remote works fine.
I think is a problem of MP configuration in remote section, for Hauppauge remote 45 keys.

Anybody with same or similar problem?

Hi,

about the second issue: You have to go to Configure->Remote->Hauppauge->Mapping and delete the mapping config for the hauppauge 21-button remote.
