Hey guys...
I am new here (hi, I'm Tim) and also new to this whole PVR business....
here's my issue....
I have been trying to get media portal to work with my epg for a little while, and while goofing around with it, i noticed that I had a significant lag with changing channels (with 0.2 rc1)....
So.... today, i installed RC2, and managed to get the epn going. So, now when I start Media Portal, I get the main screen, then it hangs. it seems things are happening in the background, cause if i hit my 'live tv' button on my remote, i can actually hear the tv.
So, i tried backtracking a bit, and uninstalled rc2, and went back to rc1 (or tried to anyways).... and still no luck.
Here is my log file, I don't really know what i am looking for, but if someone could maybe shed some light on my issue, that would be very helpful!

also, i think this product is great, and i am very excited to get it working!!! Great job to everyone involved with it!!!!
Tim
PS.. i have tried to stay in context with the proper posting formats and stuff, so excuse me if i have forgotten anything
