RC3 Stuttering mp3 playback (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have just upgraded from RC2 to RC3, and I have to mention that this issue didnt existed in RC2. it only started to appear after the RC3 installation.
I am having some stuttering problems when playing mp3 files, the problem occurs every few seconds, mp plays the file ok but just stops for a few seconds and then resumes playing from the place it stopped. I have checked the cpu percentage which being used, and also checked the memory which is being used and it was ok.

I have also tried canceling the BASS player with no luck.

Please help me finding a solution for this issue.

MP3 dropout every few seconds

Got the same problem after installing RC3. But I got it also with Itunes and Media Player.
You you have checked it with other player playing the same files?

ye i did, well it was a very strange coincidence , but my SPDIF cable started to making problems at the moment that i have installed RC3 so i thought that RC3 was the problem but i was wrong.

after pulling out and connecting back the cable the sound started working alright

I tried again and now it is working. Its mystic. I hope there is no bug with directx.
