With the latest version of mp and svn build i can't see some subtitles....if the video is encoded with wmv codec, i can see the sub....but with videos encoded with xvid and divx, the subs don't appear....in windows, with windows mediplayer, media player classic and zoom player, i can see the sub.....

Just played a few minutes of kung fu hustle and vobsub producing subtitles ok.
You have given us little, if no information at all. Can you give a more detailed explanation of what software you are using for subtitles.

    Thanks

the sub problem is solved....i activate the option of sub from ffdwho control panel (why vob sub in mp can't render the sub???) but i can't use a fullscreen resolution.....

the resolution of the video is the same also if i use normal, zoom, strentch.....

now, the problem is with video encoded with wmv codec ......

now, i use the codecs that you suggest in the download section.....for the wmv codec i use the wmv9VCMsetup package downloaded from microsoft......thank you for now

edit: in windows i can see tue subs without using the option in the ffdshow control panel and wmv video are perfect
