RC4 & TVserver startup (1 Viewer)

Since i upgraded to RC4, i always get a 'waiting for TV server to start' message before MP starts to load. this will stay for about 30-50 seconds before MP loads.

I see in the MP config that there is a startup delay option, but even in expert mode the 'wait until TVserver has started' option is checked, but greyed out, so i cannot change it?

Any ideas?
