Read .mpg files? (1 Viewer)

Would it be possible to have this plugin also read .mpg files?

I tried this with MP and it works fine with the original movie files but many times I use video redo to cut out commercials and save the movie files back in .mpg format.

It should work fine with any extensions that you have told MP to show under myVideos.
