Really slow tv-on and channel changing 1.3.0Beta (1 Viewer)

Installed 1.3b a couple of days ago and got really wierd timings on turning tv on or changing channels.

About 40s for turning tv on, on every channel.
About 15s to get picture when changing channel, 5 seconds to switch channel but black picture for another 10s.

Also the picture is stuttering the first few seconds when turning tv on.

Is this codec related (got latest lav filters) or is it tv-server related?

Any ideas what i can try?

Hello again! Submitting an edited tv.log where ive tried to reproduce the the slow-mo. Starting tv. Switching channel. Stopping tv.

Core 2 duo E8400 3.0ghz

IPv6 is disabled?
Important is to disable/delete Microsoft Security Essentials too or exclude the timeshift folder from checking!
