Recomended TV Tunner (1 Viewer)

Hi;

I installed and tested MP and loved it.
But... when i went to the page with the aproved TV Tuners i got lost. There are many of them.

I'd like to know if somebody can recomend a good (and not expensive) one to do what i need:

Basically what i'm looking for is watch and record/pause live TV using a remote control. I also would like to get a good picture quality on my TV.

I appreciate any help.

Hauppauge pvr-150. cheap with remote. Good quality and it is supported by MP. Easy to install.

with the PVR-150 can you watch tv(or another channel?) while recording or pause tv while watching and catch up?

I think PVR 500 does that because it has 2 built in TV tuners.
