Record did not create .ts file, many pmtgrabber errors in log (1 Viewer)

I searched first and did not find anything similar, but if there is something similar please point me there!. I'm not even sure if these problems are related, but its all I have to go on right now. According to my log, the tsfile was created without error, but the only thing in my recordings directory is the xml file. Attached is the tswriter log, zipped since it is huge due to the pmtgrabber errors.

Doh! I just realized that this should be in the tv server support forum. Sorry! Can someone move this please?

Would be nice to hear what was the issue (I'm assuming that broadcaster did some changes in the tuning parameters...) as that way it will help the other people who face the same issue.

It was a case of user error. When I was renaming all of the channels, I somehow managed to change the frequency of one of them from 41 to 1. Doh!
