Record now doesnt work (1 Viewer)

Record now doesn’t work for me.
When I try to record the show I am watching it doesn’t record it
When I tried now I can se it in scheduled recordings. Nothing I active recordings
The xml file is created in the recording folder but no ts file.

Update to this thread.

I i press record now I can only see it as scheduled recording.

but if I then restart tv server-service the recording starts when the service is started..

What Can be wrong?

Are you recording to a root of a drive, ie E:, this is reserved by the windows system files so can cause problems, so you need to create folder to put recordings within.

Better if you have E:\Recordings and then put the TS folder inside that and point mediaportal to them.

My record path was e:\tv and ts path e:\ts

I reinstalled thew machine with XP and now everthing is working OK!!
