I have searched but can't find any solution here. First, when playing back recorded TV on large files, I can't skip or fast forward. If I do it freezes on the frame playing when I try to skip and stays there. I can stop and return to Mediaportal. If I try to play again and resume from the last point it just stays frozen at that point. This does not occur on small recordings (say 15 minutes), but on recorded movies (say 1.5 hours) it always happens. I can play back the large files from the beginning if I don't try to skip. Second, occasionally Mediaportal can't open the graph so no TV. I usually leave the machine in standby and resume to use it. Mediaportal is closed down before standby and restarted after resume. About one time in ten it can't open the graph and use the tuner. The usual fix is to restart media portal. Not good for WAF! I have attached a mediaportal log which has both problems occur in it. I also attached the error log which has an SQL problem.:S [/QUOTE]
