Recording 2 channels simultaneously (1 Viewer)

I've just moved from VMC to Mediaportal. I've setup most components fine, but I'm a little confused about recording. I scheduled 2 recordings on different channels, and media portal flagged a conflict. I then assigned all channels to each tuner on my card, and the flag disappeared. However, I now see each channel in the tv guide twice! I did a quick search here, but couldn;t find a solution (excuse me if my search technique was inadequate).

Hopefully this is a rookie mistake, and someone can show me the error of my ways.

BTW, on first appearance MediaPortal looks much better than VMC - nice work!

Delete all channels in TVServer config\TVChannels and then rescan each TVCard individually, hopefully this will resolve this, and its a lot quicker than assigning channels to both cards.

Also for powerscheduler to work correctly with your card you need reinitialise enabled in its config, and in the general section there is a "delay detection of TV Card on resume" set that to 20 seconds, with these settings you should have no standby problem.
