Recording TV-series, ignore already recorded (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Is it possible for mediaportal to not record already recorded episodes of a TV-series?

I once had a KISS dp-something that had this feature, and I liked it alot (the feature). Especially when the channel tends to re-air the same episode again and again.

I know about the Episode Management, but as I understand it, it will only delete "old" episode, as defined when the schedule is set up. This isn't what I want, I just want only to record episodes that's not already recorded.

For this, you really do need ForTheRecord advanced recording features, which copes much better in only recording first showings of a program.

Any problems with using this program, please post on the above forum.

Looks really promissing!
I've installed both the client and server programs on my HTPC and the client programs on my laptop.
Programmed recordings both in the client software and in MediaPortal. Now I'm just waiting for the shows to start, and see if it really skips the recurring ones.

Howcome this isn't an integrated part of MediaPortal? It would be really nice.
