Hi and welcome Steve :) We need far more detail to be able to help you with this. I see you deleted the information template - we do request that you either fill that out or complete the system specifications in your profile. Please at least provide us with logs as per our support forum thread rules - it is really easy to do this: 1. Find the "debug mode" link in the "Team MediaPortal" folder in your start menu. 2. Start it. 3. Select option 1 "report a bug...". 4. Click "proceed" - this should start MediaPortal. 5. Reproduce the problem. 6. Close MediaPortal. 7. A zip file will automatically be created on your desktop with all the information that I need. 8. Post the zip file here. Notes: - this tool is also known as the watchdog, and there is full documentation for it in our wiki -->here<-- - you need to make sure you have run MediaPortal configuration at least once before you attempt to run debug mode Check out the watchdog documentation if you get stuck - there are also instructions for attaching a zip file to your post in there. mm
