Out of interest: How much work would it be to create a different theme for this - i.e. a green version?

I kinda thought MP2 was vector based, meaning resolution wouldn't be important... or did I miss something?

A different color theme is quite easy to add: create a new "theme" folder, copy the "colors.xaml" and changes some colors here, and there. Replace the background and you are nearly done
Main problem is to choose nice colors that match to each other (and for me this is the most difficult part, as I'm no designer!)
The the resolution: of course it does not matter as much as in MP1, what resolution you will target: the screen controls are vectors, so they scale. But you need to think about screen layouts and item sizes which you have to adjust.
