Refresh rate change back? (1 Viewer)

I have my desktop set to 1920x1080@60Hz. Dynamic refresh rate is changing to 24Hz for movies (as expected). But when the movie stops I would expect the display to go back to 60Hz but it doesn't. It stays at 24Hz. Is this normal? Any way to change it?

Enable 'Use default refresh rate' and set it to 60Hz?
