    OnlineVideos v 0.13.0

If I play an Apple Trailers video from within Online Videos, RefreshRateChanger is unable to determine the framerate of the video file. Here is the relevant section of the MP log file:-

    2009-11-13 08:51:40.546875 [Info.][MPMain]: RefreshRateChanger.AdaptRefreshRate: unable to guess framerate on file http://127.0.0.1:30005/?url=http://...ersal/itscomplicated/itscomplicated_h720p.mov
2009-11-13 08:51:40.546875 [Info.][MPMain]: RefreshRateChanger.SetRefreshRateBasedOnFPS: could not find a matching refreshrate based on 0 fps (check config)
    2009-11-13 08:51:40.546875 [Info.][MPMain]: g_Player.Play(http://127.0.0.1:30005/?url=http://...ersal/itscomplicated/itscomplicated_h720p.mov Video)
    2009-11-13 08:51:40.562500 [Info.][MPMain]: VideoPlayer:play
However, if I play the same file from within MyVideos, RefreshRateChanger works just fine and is able to determine that the frame rate is 23.976 fps.

I can provide full log files of this example, if that will help?

    Cheers,

Of cource, the file is not availble on HDD and can be examined to the full, to find out all the needed infos ;) Again playing local and streaming is two worlds.

MediaInfo DLL (non MediaPortal source code base) would be needed to patch to understand streaming files. Any volunteers to provide such patch for the MediaInfo project? :)

Or second way would be to allow MediaPortal's EVR / VMR9 renderer to change the refresh rate after video playback has been started (would work only with Vista & Windows 7). Maybe something for MPII.
