Regarding the MovingPictures Plugin (and other stuff) (1 Viewer)

First of all, i just now discovered this skin. i'm a long time monochrome user, since this was the only skin which just worked for me. today, however, i thought let's try soemthing new. in installed StreamedMP.....and was blown away. this is just fantastic! thanks to everybody involved!

now, after using a bit, i have some questions:

MovingPictures:
a) Is it possible to include additional infos in the 'detail'view of a movie? specifically i was thinking of actors instead of writers

b)Is it possible to include a page down/up function (like, for instance, monochrome uses? it would make navigating the movie list easier, at least until a better remote control is implemented by the plugin itsself

Other Stuff
c) regarding the pictures in basic home screen: can these be changed by the user? if so, where are they stored and what format (resolution etc.) do they have to have?

d) regarding music: is it possible to have the whole screen full of big icons and have the artist, album and lenght displayed in textform, say above the icons once you hover over an albumcover?

b) page up/down should work (it does for me)

c)I believe there is function to this in the skin editor? You can also do it by hand I think too.

d)not sure...

The pictures are stored in the skin directory under an 'animation' folder (there's one for movies, games etc...)
I have all mine set to 1920x1080 resolution

Great, that answers some of my questions to

a) That would indeed be nice (i would like to see the movie genre and runtime in listview, when you click the movie for the summary the runtime is also displayed)

b) Page up/down works here to.

I'm also new to this skin (was using Xface before) but because of an upgrade to 1.0 Final and the Moving Pictures plugin already being supported by this skin i installed it yesterday.

I must say: it looks amazing! I LOVE the Fanart in TV-Series, and it looks/feels very very user friendly!
Job wel done.

Although i still got a question, i'm using Moving Pictures for my movies, and using the MyMovies section now to put my Music DVD's and other stuff and i was wondering if it's possible (and easy) to change the name of the section in the menu.

If this is possible, can someone tell me what file i need to edit?

Is there a way link buttons to specific plugins? For example: MyMovies, MyPictures, etc. are predefined, which means you can go to those sections with your remote (i'm using Harmony 885) with 1 click on a button. It would be great to navigate to TV-Series & Moving Pictures the same way.

the only subideal thing for me is the music section, everything else is just great!

i think it's possibe to edit the movingpictures xml to change the infos or the include more infos (such as actors) monochrome does that, may be il'll take a looksy...

oh, and yeah...the page down function on remote does work, i just didn't know about it...

EDIT: I modified the movingpictures xml, so actors are displayed on the detail view. if anyone is interested, let me know
