I tried it, but nothing changed.
Attached are also logs from the server. Client and server are time-synced, so you can see exactly what happens when ...
I have increased the timeout of the waiting of the timeshift buffer file to 10 sec. but is not enough for your system. What is the speed of your network connection to the tvserver? Can you test the same with the official MePo 1.7 Pre Release?
I am currently using a snapshot build 1.6.100.222 because of the resume from Standby problem. This version also has the option "record from TS buffer" - which was still enable because I was using your build before.
I had a TS-writer crash related to that function. Though you are the only person I know who is kinda "supporting" this I thought to post here.
Detaills:
I just had a TV server and MP crash altogether, TV server was recording a TV show and I was watching an older recording,
The MP GUI and TV server was down. Restarting GUI led to "no TV server message", I had to reboot the PC.
Log is attached.
Sorry for the late reply, but it took some time (what I did not have ...) to do a fresh install of the official MePo1.7pre and configuring it same like your build.
But after two days of testing I can say, that the issue is not happening with the official build. TV starts rocket-fast directly after MePo is up.
So, is it possible to get the placeshift-feature alone, or would I "import" the bug with it again?
