remote control not all keys working (1 Viewer)

The only keys that seems to work out of the box is the arrow-keys, OK and play,pause, forward, rewind.
How do I get the folderkeys to work (my Videos) (My music) etc.
Been in the remapping catagory, but have no clue what to do. Please help!

You have to tell us which MP version you use & which remote, my crystal ball it's broken for the moment

I dont think it make a difference, because the problem is the same no matter whar version im using.
But im using the newest one. The remote is an Ione Libra Q11

You could try IR Server Suite.

This is not just another shameless plug for my software, I actually think there's a chance it will work and if it doesn't I'd like to add support for it.

Tried the IR Server Suite.
Iam not sure what it is suppose to do, but cant find any remmaping tool, and now non of the buttons on the remote works...

Looking for a new Remote to control everything. Both TV, TV-Tuner, Surround reciever and mediacenter.
Isnt a RF best? Any suggestions?

If you want to control other devices then you probably want an IR remote (like the MCE remote), RF remotes wont let you do that.

OK Just think my Ione Libra Q11 doesnt respond very well unless it is pointed directly at the IR reciever.
Just thought a RF was better.
