Remote control shortcut to IMDB info of a movie (1 Viewer)

Hi,

is it possible in My Videos/Movies section of the MediaPortal to have a keyboard shortcut to the IMDB information (as this is stored in the movie database)?

I tried to search for this in the MediaPortal Setup, but there was nothing there.

If such a shortcut exists, then it will be easy to program a button on the remote control to open automatically the IMDB info when browsing among movies!

It is the yellow button on my medion x10 remote, so there is one.

Muzina.. since you seem quite an expert here..
Do you think it should be possible to remap the "Play" button in videos to go to IMDB directly, and then from within IMDB view being able to normally "play" the video?

What Piranha suggests is even better. The question is whether this is configurable or programmable.

Mbuzina, is there any way to find out the keyboard shortcut assigned to the yellow key of your remote control in the remote control configuration?

Because I believe that if I have this information, then I should be able to configure my remote in a similar way!

Just to let you know that I managed to fix this.

It is the F3 button that executes the 'Show Information' command in MediaPortal.
I found this mapping after better looking at the Keyboard assignments page of the MediaPortal Setup at the General section.
