Let's back up for a second. Set the logging level to "warn". Restart the config program. Search the log for x10Remote:If there is an error message, then the problem is not with MP. If some sort of software came with it, you may want to execute that and make sure the remote is working. If that fails, I have an x10 app I can send you for troubleshooting purposes.
