Remove 'Right Pop-Out' Menu (1 Viewer)

When scrolling through the home menu and pressing 'right' on a remote or keyboard, a pop-up menu appears with the following options:

Shutdown
Settings
Video Wallpaper
Basic Home
Close

Is there any way to disable this menu from appearing?

yes, in the basichome menu editor, there is option to disable it.
Not at home, so cannot give you exact place, but I know it is there.

I'm not using the Basic Home screen, hence I cannot edit anything in the basichome editor.
