Installers are causeing some major issues with the upgrade feature.
Does not look promising for a release this week.

Sometimes people are able to over rule me I couldn't fight anymore against the upgrade path.

Problem is limited to installtions which use a custom install dir for TvServer.
We thought that it was allready fixed. But during testing of the internal release builds, we found out that it is not.

So this needs to be fixed first.
A few more days should not matter.

Otherwise we would not have the easy clean log creation in RC3 either.

While we were fixing the issues we discovered in the upgrade routine, we also found a few issues which could rise during a clean installation.
These issues were fixed a few moments ago and are currently tested.

A release of 1.1.0 RC3 should be possible during this week.
