Request: fixed overlays (1 Viewer)

Hey,

Thanks for this great skin, I've been using it for months now.
However, I have a plasma tv and when the screen goes completely black, you can obviously see that some areas are lighter blacks than others.
I searched through the files and noticed that overlays are being used with highlighted areas (like burning points)
My question is: could someone with photoshop skills fix them for me? So that they are just plain transparent.

I mean semi-transparant.. Like they are now, but without the light focus on the center of the screen?
