Restart MePo with the commandline or action that could be mapped to a remote button (1 Viewer)

From time to time MePo stays black when I'm resuming my htpc.
I can hear that my keystrokes on the remote are recognized by MePo and the coursor is visible also but I can't see MePo in these cases.
Than I have to start the taskmanager to end MePo and start it again.

This happens when when I'm resuming the htpc and my TV that is connected with hdmi was not started before.
I'm aware that this issue might be corrected with release 1.31.

As work around I would like to map a "restart MePo" action to a remote button.
I can also add something like "...mediaportal.exe/restart" to a button on my keyboard.

Does MePo have such an option?

Do you have this setting enabled? If not it might help you:

MP Config->General->Startup/Resume Settings->Restart MediaPortal On Resume

If restart on resume is not what you want then you can make a .bat file to do it
