Restart/resume a single plugin on resume from standby? (1 Viewer)

One simple question - maybe without a simple answer:

Is it possible to restart a single Mdiaportal plugin on resume from standby?

Reason for asking is that i have one plugin (Touchscreen plugin) that does not start up on resume from standby, while all other parts of MP are working fine without a resume after restart. So in order to have my touchscreen working I need to restart Mediaportal on resume which makes resume a lot slower. I therefore figured that I might be able to restart only this plugin on resume from standby?
