IIRC, for me, culprit was mpurlsourcesplitter.
Couldn't give info before 1.37 out because discovered at this time

new version released which is compatible with MP 1.37 (see MediaPortal IPTV filter and url source splitter)
This should fix all mysql.data.dll errors

.....it was also the culprit for me!!! Can't think why I've changed from LAVsplitter to MPurl ......
