Rotor not moving with FireDTV S2 BDA (1 Viewer)

h.264 Video Codec: CoreAVC

I have been trying to get my rotor moving with tvserver RC 1 + svn but no luck. I think there is a bug somewhere. I have attached the logs of tvserver with me trying to move the dish manually.


Could a dev please check if its a bug or a config issue with my system?
p.s. my rotor moves fine using my reciever set-top box. And its a stab hh100 rotor




Ok. nervermind an delete the post please. Figured out why its not moving

Could you please state how you fixed this, so that other with same problem that stumble uppon this thread get their problem sorted out.

I'd rather not state how I fixed it ... but ok here go's

I realized that only the cable from the set top box was looped through the Stab motor into the dual LNB i have on there. The cable from the pc was going straight into the LNB and wasn't looped through the motor :sorry: .

So it was normal that only the stb could control the motor , and that mediaportal did not report an error .


Sorry for the fuss, good thing i decided to go up onto the roof and check the cabling again .
