Router Recommendations - Wake On WAN (1 Viewer)

Can anyone please recommend me a wireless N router to use on my LAN/WAN that will definitely allow magic packet to be used from outside my LAN for waking my media server.

I run several MP clients on my LAN to access my media server (currently using a crappy BT Homehub2) and have just started using Ampdroid and Webmediaportal, but when my server goes to sleep (s3 standby mode) im unable to wake it up remotely with magic packet as it seems my router wont allow the message to be passed through. Everything works fine on LAN including WOL, but its pretty pointless running WebMP if i cant access my server over WAN.

You can use any router if that supported by openwrt.

Isnt that a cable router though? I use an ASDL connection.

It is just a router. It is connected with a normal Internet cable to my modem.

I use a linsys e-3000 with tomato fw and I can wol from wan, any router wich supports ddwrt or tomato will work as well
