Aloha!

My PC came with a Haupage WINTV card and Phillips R6 Media Center Remote (Pictured in MediaPortal) with the green button. I have installed RC4 and Final multiple times but continue to have the same problem, direction pad and OK button do not function. Most or all of the other buttons work as prescribed and I have done a fair amount of troubleshooting to resolve the issue; updating drivers, remove/reinstall IR transceiver, disable Media Center, and the like.

I am at a loss on the remote.

MediaPortal works wonderfully on my system and it is exactly what I needed to go cable free. If someone could provide some suggestions on what steps I should take to resolve this, I would appreciate it.

Maybe you can give IR Server Suite a try?
Not sure if it will work, but it is generally accepted that it has the widest remote support.
