RTSP vs UNC on wireless nettwork (1 Viewer)

Hi
One of my MP Clients connects to my TV server with wireless point to point (Nanostation M2). Have been using RTSP and SP Channelse are working fine (mostly). Now I see that UNC can be used on MP 1.9 Pre. I know that wireless connections have more latency than wired connection, but my wireless connection is about 1 km away, so wired connection is not an option.
Would UNC be better or worse than RTSP over a wireless network?

IMO you're only going to know by trying it. I can't predict.

Hi I tested today, seems that I get less stuttering with RTSP, so I'll stick to that

Have you also tried to increase the buffer size ("BufferingDelayInMilliSeconds")?

EDIT: noStopMod68 added -

• New feature: Registry key added to adjust data buffering time - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Team MediaPortal\TsReader, set "BufferingDelayInMilliSeconds" to a (decimal) value in milliseconds (range is 0 to 2000, default is 0). Note - this will add delay to live TV channel changes since it needs to build up the buffer before play starts.
