is it also possible to add plugins in this "bubble" where mp runs? or do u have to create a new file where theses plugins are already installed?

You can install plugins in this bubble. Do registry changes, whatever.
This will only influence the bubble and not the outside world.
But, if you want to all these things, do not forget to add an CMD.exe in the final package (it is given as an option at the end. Just enable it).
From this command prompt, you can start regedit, etc. All changes will be restricted to the bubble.
