The Tagreader, which is included in the latest version of MP, should support russian tags.
I've got positive feedback for Greek and other non-latin languages, so it should work with russian tags as well.

ok. Is Tagreader from the latest version compatible with the MP 0.2.1.0?
I cant't download 0.2.2.0. I have very expensive connection with the Internet...
If it is compatible, can you give me an archive with the new tagreader only?

No the tagreader is not compatible with 0.2.1.0.
I'm afraid, you need to upgrade to 0.2.2.0.
