SAF (ffdshow): Sometimes AC3 sends white noise to the recevier (1 Viewer)

Sometimes, very often, when I play AC3 file after a DTS file or PCM file the receiver doesn't get into Ac3 mode and I hear white noise.
I tried FFDshow and MPC-HC internal filter as well.
I then must use the vista sound test to make ac3 work.
Has anyone encountered such problem?
I don't know why this is happening and how to solve it?

Motherboard: Asus m3n78-EM (nvidia 8300). I think that on a previous Gigabyte 8200 board I didn't have the problem.
