I renamed it to .dts but still i only get whitenoise.
Any idea what settings i gotta change in the sound tab for my HD5570? Id even try without passthrough just to check.

Hi Skar, as i told you before, IMO the MP Audio Player doesn't use the SAF Filters!

I have a problem playing an AVC MPEG4 HD File. This file plays fine in MPC Player. Dont know why 7 other files, same encoded, same problem. Any idea? :/

Yes, thank you, i read that Helios, and i alrdy opened a Thread in the "ASIO players" section.

But as u can read hoborg can somehow play it, thats why i continued here too.

If your video play in Graphstudio, SAF working as it should.

Rename file to *.DTS
Make sure you have passthrough disabled (reninstall SAF and click no to enable passthrough question)
Play your sample in graphstudio.

BTW, you have HDMI ATI5570 to TV connection?

I'm trying to use a different config for 2 channels. So i created a special profile at set the condition to two channels and ticked automatic preset loading but sadly my preset gets never loaded. It always uses the default preset.

Yes, I have 2 audio profiles, one for DTS and DTS HD with pass-through settings and the default for other sounds without pass-through but other settings.
Maybe if you put some screenshots of your audio profiles settings we could help you more.
Of course the "auto-load presets" option in the profiles section must be ticked.

But y not in MediaPortal? Do I need to reencode the files?! Any ideas? Thanks!
