AW: Re: AW: SAF v5.00 experimental (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder)

Hey Hoborg,
Thanks for your new Version, but what is the difference between Cyberlink Video/SP Decoder and Cyberlink Video Decoder? The last don't work in SD-Live TV.
Andreas

SP is for DVD, second one for h.264 and MPEG-2 LiveTV.

Cyberlink Video Decoder isn't working for my (german) Sd-live Tv too....

AW: SAF v5.00 experimental (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder)

Powerdvd 10 dont works (TV and Video) here on my 2 systems. Win7 32 bit Nvidia and Win 7 64 bit Core i3. I can see in graphedit that the graph are build but i dont see any picture and mediaportal locked.

powerdvd 9 works like a charm.

If you want any logs please ask.

i hope anyone can help me.

dyamant:

Thanks not needed, that seems to be another MP TS reader problem.
Simply use older SAF build or 4.00 until it will be fixed on MP side.

EDIT:
Try to use SP PDVD 10 decoder.

Yes, I have the same with some VC-1 files... when I press enter to play, screen turns black to start playing but it immediatly stops again. The file works fine in VLC and WMP.
Should be fixed in RC2 then I guess.

Using latest MP from trunk (rev 25300) doesn't fix this. Anything else that could be causing this?
I have included a sample of the file that is not working correctly.

    Hi tourettes.
It looks like i was wrong, sorry.
New "CyberLink Video Decoder (PDVD10)" doesnot work with MS demultiplexer too (MPEG-2), so it can be PDVD problem after all.
    BTW, no problem with H.264.
CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD10) working fine for MPEG-2.

    Hope this will help.

Reverting back to working "CyberLink Video Decoder (PDVD9)"...

    OK, it is finished.
All you need to do is reinstall unlocked saf500svn100317.exe.

    ...no problem in graphstudio.
