Ok, I've found the problem. Inside MKV were two audios, TrueHD and DTS.
I removed the DTS track and left just TrueHD. Now it plays fine inside MediaPortal.

Inside graphstudio and MPC-HC it works with dual-audio, TrueHD+DTS in one mkv.

Now everything bitstreams with internal player :D But I'm not sure how yesterday the DTS-HD MA wasn't working,
and now it does. Maybe some codecs weren't removed properly.

Thanks and appreciate your hard work on SAF codecs :)

Yeah thats the bug I talked about...

It happens after switching audio on 2 or more audio tracks...
You can read about it here:
ffdshow tryout project : HD audio discussion - Page 88 - Doom9's Forum

When there's only 1 audio track inside MKV everything works as it should

Re: SAF v5.00 experimental (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder)

Is the latest MediaPortal patch to support Audio/Subtitle switching already implemented in MP 1.1.0 RC2?
Because subtitle switching works fine here with MediaPortals internal MPC-HC subtitle engine, so I've disabled ffdshow subtitles.

But I didn't try audio switching.

Just updated from v4 and for me this is a big improvement. For some reason with v4 there didnt seem to be much HW acceleration and things like planet earth in 1080p didnt run smooth at all. Now my athlon 4450e isnt the fastest thing around but it should still work for HD content, especially with my 3450 radeon for the HW acceleration. But that now seems to work better. Still not perfect, lots of scenes still dont run 100% smooth but atleast its getting close. What I dont understand is that it runs even better in a external player. Why could this be? If I understand things right it should be possible to run 1080p content smooth on my system.
