AW: SAF v5.01 *final* (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder)

Hello Hoborg, i have following problem. I have a new install of my Win 7 system + MePo 1.2.0 alpha + SAF 5.01 The CPU Utilization was by SD and HD material between 7 and 14%
But suddenly I'm up to 40% for SD material but nothing changed. I'm fun of times gone to the ffdshow Video Settings and did everything resets here have some settings changed. Now I'm at about 14 - 20% CPU utilization Thus, the utilization of the ffdshow video decoder are. Now I would like again to 7 - 14% of. What can I do for settings? And why is the setting changes without intervention?

I'm having some problems with LiveTV with MP1.2A under Win7.

Both with the Microsoft DTV decoder and the Cyberlink PDVD10 decoder, I'm getting occassional reduced framerate. I'm currently running the Cyberlink decoder and using MSI Afterburner which displays the framerate constantly, and normally it's at 50fps, but when the problem happened earlier today, it dropped down to about 32fps for 10-15 seconds, which looks very strange indeed!

Although I wasn't running Afterburner at the time so couldn't see the fps, the same thing happened with the Microsoft decoder, and in fact with that I don't think the fps returned to normal until I stopped and restarted LiveTV.

Not sure there's anything useful in the logs, but I've attached them anyway.

    Hi Hoburg,
I've been using SAF in various versions for many years now in unlocked version, but this possibility of server failure is one of the biggest "threats" I see to this great codec pack.
If, for one day, you don't support SAF any more, full installation won't be possible any more because unlock-files are server-based, so no offline installation from mirrors will be possible,
Maybe this could be a reason to offer a full unlocked download install, too?
    Thanks,
    Heiko

Live TV does not work at all in MP1.2Beta under XP, so you are lucky...

If I go to preview mode in TV-Server settings I get sound and a decoded picture with half the pícture covered with small squares :(

Is this a codec fault or is it MP 1.2Beta-related?
