Maybe something has changed on LAV's side, TsReader at least haven't changed in that aspect.

LAV audio decoder is working even with MS demultiplexer, so it should be working with MePo

You can change the color (and many things more) within the FFDshow configuration (DXVA and non DXVA) under > subtitles > font

Well now it was yellow. Changed to white and it worked.

I have a problem


In the setting of "TV CODECS" (I have installed saf 6) in the "DD + AUDIO DECODER" I have to put "MICROSOFT DTV-DVD AUDIO DECODER" if I put the other two options is "FFDSHOW" or "LAV" program TVE-HD is locked and the screen in black.

With the "MICROSOFT DTV-DVD AUDIO DECODER" looks perfect but it is without sound.

How I can fix this?

I am using the latest SAF 6 and A sony Audio surround reciever which is capable of DTS/DD etc,it is connected through optical
S/PDIF.

Could someone maybe give me the correct settings in LAVF to get Dolby Digital.?

When i play a video that is normally Dolby Digital i only get pcm48 at the amplifier,Have i got something set wrong?.

Dts seems to work fine.

Hi Rmtucker,

what soundcard do you use? I have an X-Fi Music and i must set the DTS Bitstream output and DD5.1 Bitstream output separately.
The setting is in the audioconsole from the creative software.

Perhaps you have a container file with 2 audio streams in it, and the systems plays the other (PCM) stream.

In graphedit you can change the streams via rightclicking.

Did you enable DD5.1 passthrough in the filter using graphedit to configure? (drag and drop the movie in graphedit window)

Create a small recording. Then close MePo and try it play in Graphstudio.

With GraphStudio everything works fine.

But if I put in MP, remains banned from ffdshow.

Then there is something wrong with MePo (not a SAF issue). Try to rename your recording to *.m2ts and try it play in MePo.
BTW, make sure you dont use MePo audio renderer!

Is there a way to forcefully increase the volume for LAVF?

5.1 movies are very quiet on my MP client in my bedroom. It's quiet on AC3 shows because I only have stereo monitor speakers..
