The unlock file is auto downloaded and stored near SAF.exe after SAF unlock.

could you update the first post with current MP screenshots in the codec section, alot more codec options to choose now? is ffdshow DXVA still needed for example for h.264 ?

Apologies if this has already been answered... but now that MediaPortal 1.3 includes the option to install/update LAVF, will there be an option in SAF to not include these? Or maybe check for pre-installed LAVF and remove those?

Also, will the installation error in Windows 8 be fixed in 6.2.1?

Nope. LAVF is core of SAF. MePo uses different LAVF setting comparing to SAF and install it over SAF will break SAF integrity.

Also, will the installation error in Windows 8 be fixed in 6.2.1?
