Is there any other way you could help me with these files as not matter how many times I try it says server off line even though my internet is working perfectly fine. At the moment I have to open any HD recorded TV files with TMT3 instead of being able to play them within Mepo otherwise they all hit 100% cpu and jump all over the shop. This is beyond my wife really and she's not a happy bunny!

ok thanks, it now looks like it should have installed correctly but I still only see PDVD10 codecs in Mepo. Here's the logs:

OK, that mean there is something really bad with your system.
There should be 7 files inside.

If you hit START and type regedit.exe, will it start?
