In Graphstudio - there in such think like RefreshRate Changer, that is one of reasons i want from you to test it directly in Grpahstudio.

By changing the Refreshrate to 24p, there are much less stutters...

It is interessing that EVR shows no dropping frames Jitter or else... but the stutters are still there...

Is there a option in graphstudio to show a graph like in mediaportal???

I can reproduce Sreenshot 2 with stutters every 5-7 seconds...

Video FPS and you refreshrates doesnot match - maybe that is causing stuttering?

If you calculate the refresh rate vs. fps you get pretty close the 5 to 7 seconds when you should be having issues with the stuttering video.

If you want to passthrough audio, use FFDshow audio decoder instead of LAVF audio decoder

this time i would like to use the SAF6.0

his config is "strange" for me - couse he wants the audio-signal through a fiber-optic (toslink)
- as raw-digital-sound to his amplifier -
do i need for THAT the passthrough option?

i managed it working with SAF4 many moons ago - but i
have now idea HOW i did that

Ok, I managed it... but scenario 1, where the graph goes completly crazy is still there... It occurs completly random.... Maybe background processes, services????

I deactivated every mp plugin, and checked background processes and services.. but the problem is still there.... After 1-3 minutes it is gone..

No significant CPU Load....

By the way, I haven't installed any AntiVirus programme

I have to edit my message.... i think it cant be a background/service problem, because watching a SD Movie works flawless..... It Must be a codec or mediaportal problem....

Sorry for my english.
I have a problem with dts hd master audio on E-350 apu. (ASUS E35 M1-M Pro). The audio no linear up and down volume level.

No i have no sound on my tv, when the audio is dolby not even Dolby 2.0. but i don't know if this is the problem becaus i connect my htpc over hdmi to my avr and the avr to my tv. When i look in win sound settings hdmi can only 2 channels and no format stands there, when i switch on the avr i can play all the sound.

Now I found out why LAVF-Audio could not be connected on my desktop!

In default configuration for "No AV-Receiver" there are the options for passthrough setted!
This caused the error in connecting the pins to Renderer (also DefaultRenderer!)

Hi hoborg, just installed SAF 6.00, while configuring MP, on the DVD Disc/Image Codec tab, selecting DVD Audio Decoder, I don't have ffdshow Audio Decoder as an option, all I have is Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder and LAV Audio Decoder. Have I missed something while installing SAF 6.00, I've uninstalled ver 5.00, MP still ver. 1.1.1 as before.
