i have often on the HD program from TV -
but they start often first after half an hour ...
thought it is couse my under-powered GPU (HD4200 onBoard @ 720p projector)

think i have to change again the codecs ... (or better have a look which codec is used @ HDTV)

As i thought...
FFDShow DXVA decoder is no longer developed, i doubt it will be fixed ever....

Whaa? Do you know why, what happened?

FFDshow "team" doesn't have any active developers, clsid only updating Libav and fixing bugs directly connected to FFDshow.

Using FFDShow DXVA decoder for LiveTV is not a good idea, why not use PDVD11 decoder as recommended?

Using FFDShow DXVA decoder for LiveTV is not a good idea, why not use PDVD11 decoder as recommended?

well on my machines i think lot of things are going (strange) wrong
(need another clean install again soon...)

i often use PDVD11 - @ TV and also @ the MKV containers ...
but when i check it via graphstudio it says - FFDShow DXVA ...
tried (to learn and understand) by changing merrit - but all in all i had not real succes till now ...

*ggg* so WAF is low for HDTV ... but @ the moment real-live-and-work is taking all my time
so less time for testing ...

There is no need to change any meerits if you have unlocked SAF installed. If you select PDVD11 in MePo TV setup, it will be used.

Today I got an Trojan Allert from Kaspersky Internetsecurity 2012. KIS has found 3 Trojan : Saf Key, wdgt.exe, Saf Downloader.

KIS repairs this - but now I dont have SAF key in my Downloads.

What happends ?

Nonsence. I didnt touch safkey.exe for ~2 years. No virus reported here by Avast! (and newer was).
You can check the files by some online virus scaner.

Looks like Kaspersky have some false detection.

and start a movie - remote graphstudio informs me that MePo regardless uses FFDShow ..
thats why i try to play arround with the merrits ...

Then disable h.264 in FFDshow video decoder/FFDshow DXVA video decoder setting.
